The Franklin Chauffeur, LLC does not accept reservations without a valid credit card on file. The credit card authorization form is on the contact us page and can be completed and forwarded to us by fax or email. Drivers may be paid in cash if you prefer, but a credit card authorization form must still be on file to make a reservation. If you plan to pay in cash, please advise us, so we do not process the credit card.
We will supply a reservation confirmation upon request. All receipts will be emailed to you when our transactions are complete. If you choose to pay your driver in cash, please provide a valid email address so we can forward your payment receipt. Our drivers do not provide any receipt in the vehicle.
The Franklin Chauffeur, LLC will not exceed vehicle seating capacity. If you choose to bring alcohol into the vehicle, all passengers must be over 21 years of age, and no one in the front seats may participate. Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to any passengers for misconduct/inebriation. The Franklin Chauffeur, LLC is not responsible for personal items left behind in our vehicles. However, we will do our best to find and return such items.
Reservations that begin or end between the hours of midnight and 6 am will include an upcharge of $10 to $25, depending on the type of vehicle.
The Franklin Chauffeur, LLC does NOT provide car seats. The parent/guardian of children required by law to be secured in a car seat will be required to provide and install such a seat. We will store the car seat for you during your trip if needed.
The Franklin Chauffeur, LLC requires a $200, non-refundable deposit on all hourly reservations for each vehicle. If you cancel your reservation within the time designated for your type of service in the "Cancellations" section below, you will have 60 days to use it toward a rescheduled reservation or forfeit the deposit.
We reserve the right to require full payment at time of reservation based on the availability of our vehicles, such as during holidays, heavy wedding seasons, proms, etc.
We reserve the right to process your balance due on all hourly reservations up to 48 hours before your service. Any additional charges for extending the time, when available, will be processed on the day of service. If you choose to extend your time or your original agreed upon time runs over, your costs will be calculated in 15-minute increments, based on the hourly cost of the vehicle you have reserved.
It is the client's responsibility to cancel or make changes to their reservation within specific time frames to avoid unnecessary charges. Cancellations are accepted without charge as noted below. All reservations not canceled as described below will be charged at 100% of the original reservation. Please be sure to cancel your reservation by the designated deadlines.
BAL Penn Station/BWI Thurgood Martin Airport, Martin State Airport, and all other local reservations require a three (3) hour notice. DCA, IAD, PHL or any other destination not local to the Baltimore metropolitan area requires a six (6) hour notice for cancellation.
The Franklin Chauffeur, LLC is a smoke-free company. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles under all circumstances. If you or your guests disregard our no-smoking policy, a $100 damage fee will be charged to the card on file.
The Franklin Chauffeur, LLC is not responsible for unusual spills, soiling or damages (inside or outside) our vehicles caused by the passenger or their guests. A $400 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file for inside cleaning.
Any outside damages, such as a dent caused by kicking or punching the vehicle, caused by you or your guests will be assessed by our insurance company and the total due for repairs will be charged to the card on file.
