Placing a reservation with The Franklin Chauffeur, LLC can be accomplished by either calling 410-841-8400, sending a text to 410-841-8400 (if you are a current client), or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. The Franklin Chauffeur, LLC DOES NOT accept any reservation without a valid credit card on file. The credit card authorization form is located on the contact us page and can be completed and forwarded to us by fax or email. You may pay your driver in cash if you choose not to use the credit card, but you will need to provide this information at the time of making your reservation so that we do not process your payment on the credit card. A valid credit card is still necessary to book your reservation even if you intend to pay in cash to secure your reservation.
A reservation confirmation will be provided to you upon request. All receipts will be emailed to you when the transactions are completed. If you choose to pay your driver in cash, you will be required to provide a valid email address so that we may forward your payment receipt to you. Our drivers do not provide any type of receipt in the vehicle.
The Franklin Chauffeur, LLC will only load the vehicles to their seating capacity. If you choose to bring alcohol into the vehicle, all passengers must be over 21 years of age and no one in the front seats may participate. Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse services to any passengers for any type of misconduct/inebriation. The Franklin Chauffeur, LLC is not responsible for any personal items left behind in our vehicles. However, our chauffeurs will do their best to return any left behind personal items.
Reservations that begin or end between the hours of midnight and 6am will include an upcharge of $10 to $25, depending on the type of vehicle that is booked.
The Franklin Chauffeur, LLC does NOT provide carseats. the parent/guardian of children who are lawfully required to be placed in a carseat will be required to have a carseat in our vehicles, provided and installed by the parent/guardian. we will, however, store the carseat for you during your trip, if needed.
The Franklin Chauffeur, LLC requires a $100, non-refundable deposit on all hourly reservations for each vehicle. If you cancel your reservation, in the appropriate time listed below under "Cancellations", for the specific type of service, you will have one year to use that deposit. If after one year you have not re-scheduled your reservation, the deposit will be forfeited by you in its entirety.
We reserve the right to require full payment at time of reservation based on the availability of our vehicles, such as for holidays, heavy wedding seasons, proms, etc.
We reserve the right to process your balance due on all hourly reservations up to 48 hours prior to your service. Any extensions to time, when available, will be processed on the day of service. If you choose to extend your time or your original agreed upon time runs over, your costs will be calculated in 15-minute increments, pro-rated based on the hourly cost of the vehicle you have reserved.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to cancel or make changes to your reservation when necessary to avoid any unnecessary charges. Cancellations are accepted as noted below without any charges if the required time frame is met. All other reservations that are not canceled as stated below will be charged at 100% of the reservation. Please be sure to cancel your reservation in the allotted time frame listed below:
BAL Penn Station/BWI Thurgood Martin Airport, Martin State Airport, and all other local reservations require a two (2) hour notice.
DCA, IAD, PHL or any other destination that is not local to the Baltimore metropolitan area requires a four (4) hour notice for cancellation.
The Franklin Chauffeur, LLC is a smoke-free company. We do not allow any smoking in any of our vehicles under any circumstances. If you or your guests disregard our policy of no smoking, there will be a $100 damage fee charged to the card on file.
The Franklin Chauffeur, LLC is not Responsible for unusual spills, soiling or damages (inside or outside) to our vehicles caused by the passenger/passenger's guests. There will be a $250 cleaning fee charged to the credit card on file for inside cleaning.
Any outside damages, such as a dent caused by kicking/punching the vehicle, caused by you or your guests will be assessed by our insurance company and the total due for repairs will be charged to the card on file.
